Your most loyal player you couldn't wait on, you can wait for half hours on strangers to get right version and then just disappear but you can't wait on me for 5 - 10 minutes.

Lodovico started a game when 2 of the 3 main axis players were left ?
And he refuses to even start the game (and make us wait for hours) when 1 of the 3 main allies players are not here and didn't bothered to tell us they wont be there....
Hax missed only 20 minutes. We could not communicate with him. And please remember how many rehosts were just for him during the last few sessions. Nobody crashed more often. By this I am not blaming him for his connection but I want you to stop accusing me of blocking him from the game.
Last time we waited because we didn't have enough players to start, remember? Also you should remember that I was very willing to accept ANY random player on Gameranger to play the USA last time... Now we had 8-10 players and one of them subbed Hax for 2 weeks of gameplay.
Can you imagine that I have much more pressing matters in my life than arguing with guys who have not yet reached age of my younger brother? So please don't push it.
Nobody else has been complaining, only you two guys. So stop whining and behave yourself, got it?
EDIT: For your information, we rehosted 2 times ONLY FOR HAX - JUST BEFORE we decided to go for those 20 remaining minutes without him. He did not respond with a single word when we asked him what was wrong. Furthermore, your allies Citizen X and Fancy had no problem with it. Why? Have you heard of a word "sensible"?

Hax is at war. He can miss nothing. Kyber can. Geofactor can. I can.
I'm not telling that's good or bad. I'm just telling there should be no difference...when 2 allies are missing and when 2 axis are missing. Especially when allies havent told us they wont be there. AI. Not whining about how unfair it will be, and have nothing against doing it next week when it impacts the opponents side.

There would have been no whine if both sides were treated fairly by the GM.
I wrote it before, i never told it was good or bad. I'm just telling there is a difference treatment between axis and allies in this game.
After two subsequent failed rehosts for Hax all players wanted to go to Vichy France event. Required number of players were there. If we had been only 6 players without Hax, we would have ended.
And where is the difference? Last time we were only 6 players. Every major power must be played by a human player. So we could not start the game.
Can you tell me a single case of this? I will give you a fair compensation.

Those 5-10 mins. were right before the planned time of the session's end. You didn't missed much. Oh, and you still own Grenoble. Lucky you.
This time, we had players for all players, Myff taking Italy. There is no problem i see.
You both have your info. wrong, Myff took Italy. When the Allied players didn't appear, there were no subs.

It's ok that somebody subbed me those last minutes BUT what makes me so sad is that it was when France should be crushed.
It would be ok if you subbed me between 1936-1939 but when in war I want to be a part of it and see the victorious events.
But what can we do now, it's just of waste of time of arguing of this so next time please wait on me. One of your core members in this MP, but of course you can wait in the beginning of every game for some strangers that comes and goes.

I got the save by Dave and checked today what Myff had done. No bigger moves with the navy or land but I saw that he had badly damaged my tacs and managed to destroy one. Thank you Myff...
Also he have changed the production list, but it's not a problem I would have done the same sooner or later...
Now we end this and continue being friends that plays MP HoI
So will we play next Saturday?

We would have waited for you but you failed to join two rehosts and you couldn't even tell us what was wrong due to some technical problems you had. We didn't know whether you would return in a few minutes or in a few hours.About subbing policy:
The ultimate goal is to keep the game running. Running smoothly because many games crumble when people think the others cannot play without them. Yes, there is a list of permanent players but it only means that they have a right to play their country when they are present. No player can think that the others wouldn't play without him. If we have at least 7 players then we play.
Pepsi should remember that when we were only 6 players in the previous session, me and the others tried hard to find a sub for the USA. It could be anybody from people on Gameranger at the time and we tried playing with at least one random guy who appeared there but he quit soon without a word. I was not waiting for Geo to come, I thought he wouldn't arrive. Postponing due to one permanent player missing was not the case. We considered postponing because there were not enough players to even launch the game.
Hax: I cannot guarantee that you or anybody else who crashes for a several times and cannot communicate with others won't be left behind IF we have a possible sub. Especially when ALL other players want to go on.

We know that 2 key people will be missing - Pepsi and Kyber. So if we have me, you, Citizen X, Fancy, Geo, Mighty G and Craton, we would still need one more to play Japan since Mighty G or Craton can only sub SU (Kyber).
Azzi and Morlak will be missing as well. Morlak has probably dropped out for good. Pity - he could sub Japan. And where the hell is Conanteacher? He could do it as well.
So we basically need a sub for Japan because Mighty G can sub SU. Kng Tiger or somebody else might appear. I hope that others will arrive.

I probably wont be there for next two session (25th december and 1st january). I hope that christamas session will be canceled. For jan 1st I found surrogate player (myff)
