HoI2 Doomsday 1914 mod crashes when sending a spy.

I am playing HoI2 Doomsday with the 1914 mod. When sending a spy the game just crashes and closes.
The HoI2 Doomsday game all works ok without the 1914 mod.
Can anyone help???
