How you do it it 's up to you. Try to focus on colors like white, green and red, like the Bulgarian flag.

Use as the main color blue and light blue or the colors red, blue and white like the Serbian flag. It's up to you what you prefere. ;)
Rest is like always up to you. :)
 
I've got a ww2 Croatia skin on my site.
I'll make the skins of the other countries soon, so stay tuned!

By the way, which skins have you already used? I bet it are the Greece and Albania skins, since your requests are all Balkan-states.

Looks like my post got overlooked because I didn't have a picture in it, so I'll post again:

Requesting a flag and shield of the Empire of China in HOI2 format (already exists in Vic, I think).

Incidentally, has anyone made a Imperial Japan flag/shield/counter? Don't feel like going back 80-something pages.
