That looks fantastic! Sorry I never got around to doing it. School has been busy, our chess regular season is winding up to our conference tournament, state and nationals, my son's hockey season is approaching the end and I am making a CD yearbook for the association, and then girls soccer season starts in 3 weeks . . .

I also have gotten addicted to a ski jumping video game :rofl:

I will try and check in here periodically, but I may not be as regular as has been the last 2 months, but then when school gets out in June I will have lots of time . . .
 
Teradoc ( german dude ) searches a flag for his coming phantom-aar . I think Phantom is called "SPECTRE" in the english version, talking of the early James Bond films like "From Russia with Love".

Could you create him a flag for the Phantom / Spectre organization ?

it's only 1 flag per country for everything (land/air/naval)
As far as using them, just click on image and save it somewhere.
then go under Hearts of Iron 2/GFX/map
then for replacing the flag (i.e. flag_ger) and shield (i.e. shield_ger) just name it and place it in the corresponding folder

for replacing the counter go under Hearts of Iron 2/GFX/palette and thats where the counter goes (i.e. counter_ger)
