HoI2 Steam Complete Edition

Hi,
although I already own HoI2 + Doomsday I got it a 2nd time (including Armaggeddon) because I pre-Ordered HoI3 via Steam.

And here is my problem: The "regular" HoI2 (classic install via DVD) works perfectly - The Steam-All-In-One-Version is working as well but has NO leader-pictures showing up in-game? I checked the folders and the picture-files are there, so I dont know where the problem is?

Ah, one more thing: Armaggeddon is automatically created as a subfolder within the HoI2 install folder which I read in some other thread shouldnt be so, but I dont have a clue how to tell Steam to install it correctly (the install path).

Anybody any clues on that? :wacko:

I acquired HOI2 Complete pack over steam myself a while back. Im not having any issues with leader pictures at all. Did you apply any patches/mods? I remember that being a common occurance of a misinstalled patch/mod.

I don't have the Arma folder in ym HOI2 directory, i see a Doomsday folder.

It works just fine if you start it via Steam and not the desktop shortcut. It allows you to select HOI2: DD or HOI2: Armageddon IIRC.

Sorry my fault - of course a Doomsday Folder is created, not the Armaggeddon folder ... no patches were applied by me so far in HoI2 Steam Version ...
