Game version
1.02b, the release version downloaded from GamersGate

What happens:
- if a holy order is alone in an enemy christian province, it won't besiege it
- if an army composed of an holy order + x soldiers is in an enemy province, the siege will progress even if x is inferior to the number of defenders

See this screenshot for example
The army that is besieging Cremona is composed of 6613 knights templars + 46 regular soldiers
There are 1805 defenders
The siege progresses

What I expect
The knights templars should be ignored when calculating the number of attackers, and only the 46 regular soldiers should try to besiege the province and the siege should stay at 0 %

How to reproduce:
Here you have a savegame (the "upload file" for forum attachments doesn't seem to work)
When loading the save, you will see that the siege in Cremona is progressing
Just wait one day for my italian army to attack the enemy in Cremona, and you will see that there were only 46 fightable soldiers
