Holy War with massive soldier and Army cause massive lag

Description​

This is my first time experiencing the lag, especially during this particular save file. When i play the campaign, my empire not very massive, only UK, and 10% of France, and then Papacy Declare Holy War on me. On my side 1.6 Million soldier and army all across world map and kingdom join me, and on enemy side they manage to gather 1.2 Million soldier. But when i raise the army the Bad Lag happen, i need to wait around 17 - 25 second for 1 day to pass. I already reinstall it, delete document folder, make frame cap to 60, turn off v-sync, do lowest graphic, turn off all mods. I even move my save file to my other gaming PC and my Gaming Laptop that have different CPU and Graphic Card (more powerful) and try to play that save file, yet the same problems still happen. Because of this i can't continue my save file because it become unplayable. Is there anyway to fix it?

Steps to reproduce​

Holy War Start againts you, and gather million troop to join all across the map to join your side and enemy side (P.S 1.6 Million on my side, and 1.2 Million on enemy side)
