The Achievement requires 4 holy worlds but you can only make 3 of them with the Ascension perk. Not updated with changes or just forgot to update the text?

You need to get lucky and hope a Spiritualist FE spawns in
also I don't think that forcing worlds into Holy Worlds counts, they have to be pre-spawned Holy Worlds (owned by aforementioned Spiritualist FE)

Yeah it is only fE spiritualist worlds which count toward this achievement not your own worlds which make though perk. They spawn around the Fe and they send you a warning if you try and colonize them if you dont cancel they will go to war to free it again tc
