HolyFuryOwned, just not activating

I've got a weird problem that I'm not sure if this is steam or paradox. I bought the Holy Fury dlc about a month ago, but never got around to using it until the last few days. On Steam it registers I own the DLC, but the game doesn't appear to register this, either in the launcher or in game. I've attached screenshots to this thread.

You are on patch 2.8.3.4.
Maybe you should drop out of the Betas version of this patch if you want to use the current patch and the DLC...

That did it. I didn't think opting into the beta would disable dlc, but you live and learn.

A part of it is that the launcher changed.
If you revert to a pre-3.0 patch again, uncheck Holy Fury first or it might be still active, even when not displayed in the list.
There were reports about this causing issues otherwise.
