Known issues:
Still no tribal realms
No nomadic realms.
About this, I've transformed realms into tribes and nomads where appropriate in my local version, as follows:
- The general guideline for Tribals was: realms with unreformed religions of the "pagan" ( Celtic, Norse, Barbarian, etc... Civilizations ) kind get tribalized, as well as where it would might make sense for the lore, zones where culture would still cling to "the old ways". For example the Odin-Solar and Horsic Varangians in Novgorod have remained feudal to represent the "civilized" part of the Civilization attached to their religion , as well as the Slavic Christian Russians in Kiev, both due to Latin influences. In LI, Zimbabwe and Malawi in East Africa experienced a cultural revolution thanks to the influence of the nearby Persian and Hellenistic colonies, and thus they are Feudal, where everyone else in the zone remains Tribal. The same is true for the Mandinka in West Africa's coast and the Phoencian colony of Kambra. Meanwhile places like Ireland and Scotland are still divided amongst clans and their petty disputes ( Scotland in LI was even described as "Beyond the Wall" by Shay often ), so they are kept as tribal ( Even the Hibernicist realms ).
- For Nomads.... basically everything of Altaic culture in the Steppes + Avaria, the Pechenegs... and of course the Berbers. The Sogdian realms of Central Asia ( Serindia, et al ) and the Tarim Basin remain feudal.
I can upload it if everyone is OK, and then we can discuss further tweaks ( Specially balance, since troop size wise, the Tribals win the round )
