Horses DLC

This will include horse farms, horse transport vehicles, horse breeding and a race track which functions similarly to the stadia in the Game Day DLC. There would need to be an area where horse trucks are loaded into the race tracks. Also, horses would need to be taken between cities for breeding, charging owners (buying or selling) and to attend races. This means that close to race day, lots of horse carrying trucks will be flooding the highways coming into town, which would add more vehicles to the road than usual. Maybe the same could also apply to cars and greyhounds

I came here expecting to see mounted police and horse-drawn carriage rides (a new type of tour for dirt roads).

Horses as farm-to-table cargo delivery might be neat, too, especially in an organic farms specialized zone.

Horse and cart rides, and police on horseback. I knew I was forgetting something! Also, cops on motorbikes would be good
