Hoverover UI for aptitude level only appears on the courtier screen

Description​

When you hover over the aptitude on the replace the position screen no hover over appears. It only appears when you hover over it on the courtier screen.

Steps to reproduce​

Assign any position, ie. Court Physician or Caravan Master, hover over the aptitude, ie. Average or Poor. Notice the hover over appear. Now click the replace position button and hover over the aptitude there and notice that the hover over doesn't appear. It does appear for the word Aptitude, but not for the actual aptitude itself.
