How can i edit the exp. loss and gain for units in HOI II DK ?

Hello everyone,
i am currently playing the mod Edge of Darkness and i experienced a game breaking thing : My SS and regular Wehrmacht Units just loose so much exp. after an air raid/reinforcements that even the LSSAH with 100xp gets to 80xp after poland without any heavy fighting, i already searched in the misc.file but i couldn't find it, please help me!

Do you mean organisation?
It may be a feature of that specific mod, that you suffer loss or org in this manner?
Best to ask in the mod thread. I doubt you can change it mid-game, unless you create an event to do so?

No i mean the experience for example of the Grossdeutschland Division with 100 exp.

How can i create an event like that?
