How can i "expand" an Origin?

Hay Guys,

i like to know, how i can "expand" the Origin of the Lithoids.
Let me explain what i mean:

With the Origin of the Lithoids, you get a massive crater wich "destroy" some green districts and give you some mining districts instead.
i would like to "expand" that feature to the Lihtoid exclusive settler ship.
Means: If you use it, to colonise a Planet, the Planet get the same modifier as the Homeworld.

So, how can i do this?

i know it maybe kinda broken, but who cares? xD

Btw, i've never modded Stellaris before, so help there is needed too ^^
