Hi guys i'm in an almost 200 years game and i'm the High King of Skyrim (the game named it Kingdom of Falmether i think cause i'm a Falmer) and i need to attack the Colovian kingdom to end the conquest of skyrim but i think i will never be able to do it cause they have almost all cyrodiil and they are a confederacy so when i checked the army size of the king it says that it has more than 45k units because he can call any vassal to arms (confederacy government rule)

So anyone know how i can deal with this confederacy?

If you can raid them, then take advantage of the fact that he can't use his call to arms against raids and just send armies that way until he's down to nothing. I don't know if the bug where you still get raid loot even if there's no connection still works, but even if it isn't then you might be able to reduce his vassal armies to practically nothing before a fight.

Otherwise, then you'll probably have to wait for a civil war or for them to be involved in a major war. Either that or just be good at tricking the AI into taking bad battle sites. Rule of thumb; place a small amount of strong troops in a defensive area (enough to hold their own for a while but not enough to make the AI think its a bad idea to attack them) and have supporting troops in a neighboring province ready to attack. Combine that with defeat in detail, use of mercenaries, and starting a couple months before winter to ensure their supply is as low as you can get it and you might be able tear down his entire army in a defensive fight.

The mountain passes of southern skyrim would be perfect for that kind of strategy.

Confederacies are forced into low centralization and have garbage demesne size. Centralize your realm and make your demesne as rich as you can. Even if the King of the Estates has a big combined army, you can put together a killer amount of levies and mercs with the money you'll be earning. Add raiding into the mix and you can definitely whittle him down.
