I downloaded the game through Epic Games and i want to revert the game version to 1.34. How do i do that?

You cannot I'm afraid. Only Steam provide a facility to distribute old or alternate patch versions.
The mod i am using Imperium Universalis is only for 1.34. While i cant revert the version. Do you have information if the mod will update?
It may, but that's a question to ask the mod developer, not a moderator on the forums.
