I want to change iranian title names like marzopan to Wali or satrap to Emir , can somebody help me please?

Use option Search - Find in Files
Add the 'localisation' folder to the "Directory" box and enter the word you are looking for into the "Find what" box.
Search, then double click on the result at the bottom, so that the file opens at the position of the text.
Change text.
Done.
Now if that makes sense what you are changing, that is up to you.
Strongly recommended to make a mod or at least a copy of the original file.
