Refunds can only come form the place you bought the game, so please contact them on that.

Note that the 1.02 patch just came out for Switch last night:
 
This only discusses accidental purchases or disliking the game, not the game being so poorly made it barely functions.

Not liking a product and being sold a nonfunctional product is an utterly different thing.
 
Again, this isn't something we decide, it needs to be done by the vendor that sold the game. There's nothing more to discuss, thread locked.
