How do I contact anybody to get a refund?

I purchased empire of sin on the Nintendo switch and it has been almost unplayable for all the bugs. Customer service please?

Refunds can only come form the place you bought the game, so please contact them on that.

Note that the 1.02 patch just came out for Switch last night:

That's something you need to do @deliforce, however, I can almost guarantee that they will deny you as per their own terms of sale.

This only discusses accidental purchases or disliking the game, not the game being so poorly made it barely functions.

Not liking a product and being sold a nonfunctional product is an utterly different thing.
