like in picture, I updated something small (probably MIO trait) and it says cost of converting is 0.00, and it means we can convert -0.00 per day? doesn't make sense because conversion -> 0 should mathematically mean converted number -> infinity? why 0 number is "negative" and why it actually does not convert anything, just keeps stuck like this forever without producing anything? how do I convert it?

Your problem is too many bonuses to conversion rate combined with (probably) a simple MIO aircraft upgrade being the conversion you are try to complete. I've found the only way around this is to use a different MIO (temporarily) on the production line which doesn't result in the numeric overflow behind this problem.

I should have added the further comment that another solution is to actually modify the design slightly so that the upgrade cost is slightly more. This is something that I generally end up doing when I get this effect on armoured vehicle upgrades but it could potentially be applied to aircraft as well. The main problem with air units is that you generally don't want to adjust the design.
