how do I get the AI to force religious conversion?

I seem to remember that in the unpatched version of EUII the AI occasionally did convert in its peace agreements, though I might be wrong.

It still does, just not very often. If it has high enough warscore and does not choose to annex, it has a 10% chance to demand conversion. Only if it fails this check does it go on to demand military access or vassalization.

Thanks, but is there then a way to raise this 10% to, say, 60%?

Or is this one of the things still hardcoded?
