How do I get the forum badges for the games I own? Possibly a bug

Hi.
I hope I'm posting this in the right section.
I can find multiple Paradox game on the page at https://accounts.paradoxplaza.com/games (Age of Wonders, Magicka 2, Shadowrun returns, …), but on the webpage at https://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/prdx-owned-items/ there are no item linked. I have tried the “Sync products” button, but to no avail.
Am I doing something wrong? Is it the expected behavior? Is it a bug?
