how do i get the igc to work right?

i downloaded it but all i know how to/ can
do is just load it and play it like any other scenario.

Read the ReadMe file that comes with the d/l. It's pretty easy to follow.

Download it, extract to your EU directory

/program files/paradox entertainment/Europa Universalis by default iirc

Overwrite all files

After that, go to your EU directory and run patch.exe

Now you should have IGC installed

If you want to change some options (playable countries and stuff), run icgconfig.exe and change what you want

After that just laucnh the game and select Improved Grand Campaign as scenario.

igconfig doesn't work for me, though I can run the igc in its default state. EUSpy is pretty dodgy as well.

thx that will help a few things but i found
i cant get the confige tool to work becuase i dont
have the right microsoft java thingy. which do i download
and how do i make it work? any ideas?
