How do I get to the valkyrienet?

I bought this game and the EU1 about two months ago.
I love this game but I can't get to the valkyrienet. I know I'm connected to the internet and my firewall wont block it. Also I have the (latest) patch 1.09

I have the "PAN"-version of the game. Also I bought it as "Medallion"-game

When I click the "Valkyrienet" I have to wait a couple of seconds and then comes this:

Does someone even play this game on internet?

Sorry about the bad english, I'm from Finland so the native language isn't english.

But that "Host" and "Join" thing still works?

Yes, you can still play online by using ip adress. best is to join ongoinng MP games on this forum, like http://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/showthread.php?t=422349

I'm not so experienced so I don't want to screw things up.
And because of those time zones I really don't know when to join to that game. :rofl:

Most games are played at a reasonable time window for European people. Standard is 19-23 or 20-24 CET. Add one hour and you get Finnish time.

Also, you can't use the "I'm not experienced"-excuse If you never play you will never get experienced. Just play and ask to be put in a nation where you won't be as targeted (ie, not France).
