I've seen on these very forums a playable Genoa, and I'd like to do the same for Pisa.
However, I do not know how to find Pisa in the rather Byzantine notepad of the counties of 1066. Would someone be so kind as to give me the exact file for Pisa?
Also, Pisa should be changed to feudal government, without popular law, correct?
And, is there any way I change Pisa's vassal, the Bishop of Piombino, or somesuch, to a Count?
