Is it possible and how do u play as nation that are created later in the game through revolt in the GC. I have tried to change the files around but I guess i did it wrong.

I think there are two ways to do this:
1) Make a new version of the scenario (the .inc file) so that the potential revolt nation begins the game in existence.
2) Play the scenario as another country until that nation comes into existence through revolt and then change the save file so that you are playing that nation.
