I've been doing some scenario modding recently and the scenario involves the whole world being at war with each other. However, there is the problem that after several months, the countries that aren't directly fighting each other will make white peace. This is bad, and I need a way to solve this problem that doesn't involve manually redeclaring war. Since this problem affects many countries that aren't allied, using the Allies, Axis and Comintern alliances won't work either. I've been looking for a setting in the AI files that could set a country's likelihood to make peace but I found nothing. Anyone have some ideas?
