How Do We Know If Our Beta Application Was Accepted?

I applied for a key in a youtube key giveaway, and I think I got in, at least it said: "your submission has been accepted" or something along those lines. Does anyone know for sure if this means yes? On a similar note, I accidentally filled out the application twice, with the same information. Will this cause problems for Paradox/Eugen? If so, I apologize, I just wasn't sure If the form had passed acceptance.

I got told sorry.... registration is full or something similar because I was fumbling with an Australian mobile trying to click drag to correct the date at 3.30am (Australian dates go smallest to largest). By 3.33am it was all over.

Well, we have someone whom registered a birth date ... still yet to happen. And he was accepted anyway, so you shouldn't worry too much about that.

It's not about lying, they have to follow ESRB regulations though, so if someone mistakingly left year of birth as 2017, he could be out
