How do you cause a Feud?

I have no idea how to do this. The AI never seems to start any.

It's possible only through events, but I have no idea what the conditions for them are. As far as I've noticed, it usually happens after ending a war with another house.

There is no way to force start a blood feud, you can console the event but if you do not meet the conditions by having someone eligible to be in a blood feud with you it won't do anything

I've had one happen when I was attending my liege's feast and I had the option of starting a fight with another vassal of my liege. I dueled and killed him and started the feud. Then every feast after that we fought again and again haha. Haven't had that happen again in awhile.

The AI does start a feud or two. The worst feud I've had to face was one between my vassals, the Starks of Winterfell and the Rambtons of Andalos. Of course, the Rambtons never had any chance and just ended up being defeated every five years in a blood war. I never had one happen to me though, is a peaceful resolution possible?

While playing as the Durrandons one game a good while back, Harren the Black kidnapped Argella that started a blood feud. But my attempts at kidnapping heirs or daughters of rulers after that didn't start one.

In my game the harshest feud I've ever seen was the one between houses Royce (who owned half the Vale) and house Grafton (who owns ONE lordship), neither played by me. All right, house Grafton indeed is a little low on love from the Vale canonically, but it seemed SO petty from the Royces to spend such effort upon a tinny foe as to make me actually angry at them in that playthrough.
I think there should be an event to damage relations of neighbors to the feuding houses, since ANYONE who talks about the Blackwoods and Brakens in the books seems to do so in a derisive tone.
