How do you change the difficulty level?

Hi,
This is just insanity, playing single missions and the game is throwing everything but the castle sink at me and I haven't even got a chance, snakes come in by the dozens, etc etc etc.

How do I go about changing the difficulty level in the game, I am really not ashamed to say that I'd like to play on easy.

Our Easy is Hard on original M2, nothing to be ashamed of!

There is a tool in the M2 root dirrectory. Go there, and open the menu. You will See several options available:
Classic - M2, but harder
Normal - "our" normal. The game is hard for beginners, but You may do it.
Hard - very hard, I barely complete the game on this one.
Heroic - I did't plan to include it, it's more like a Easter egg. The game is nearly unpassable on this difficulty, but if you somehow manage to pass the campaign on it - Hats off. You are the ultimate ruler of Ardania

What is the tool called? I cant seem to find it. I just finished the original campaign with great difficulty (much nerd-rage and foul language involved ). I have read that the expansions are even harder so I'd like the option to ease it up a little if needs be.
I have the M2 version with all expansions from GG. Thanks!

oh... there is no tool for the original game. Only for our fan-made expansion. Sorry.
