How do you get money after a Peace treatment

I had invaded England and I was supposed to get 1500 in trade for peace. But I never got them. Do I get them directly or do I have to wait? I never got 1500. I didn´t get 250 from Russia either.
is it a bug? I haven´t updated my software or anything.

No bug. If you offer to pay as part of a peace settlement and you can't, it's treated as a loan.
If the other countries loose a war they pay whatever is in their treasury and do not have to take out a loan.

You will only get a maximum of what the computer country has in it's tresury when you/it makes the peace. It doen't matter what the AI agrees to.... 2,000,000D if it only has 3D that is all you get. Shitty but thats it - it's not considered a bug as it's "designed" that way.

The best chance of getting cash for peace is during early January when they have just got the tax in.

I would always advise asking for land for peace not money.
