I'm curious as to how the game works, is it an low maintenance RTS like Starcraft, squad-based RTS like Company of Heroes, super immersive RTS like Wargame, something in between or a mix? Not sure what to expect from Paradox, based on the screenshots and video released so far.

From what little we've seen, it seems to be somewhere in between Company of Heroes and Wargame, both in scale and gameplay. It's pretty early to say anything for sure.

My personal hope is for a mix of Men of War and Combat Mission.
In other words: Realistic, tactical, not based on micro, with "Supress and Advance" as the main way to push forward.

Im really worried at the speed of the game, Ive never played Wargame but it looks a fast paced 'dare I say arcady ' game. The Normandy landscape and the technology should hopefully slow everything down when you consider the bocage type of warfare and the speed of the fastest 1940's units.

It's not arcade and was easily playable by one like me who never played RTS online back than when I started with the previous title, Air Land Battle :)

With a mouse and keyboard.

On a serious note, it plays really well, though that's about all I can say at the moment :p. More details are coming guys, hang in there ;)!
