How exactly does ai_check_interval work for decisions?

If you wanna mod a decision you can add an ai_check_interval for that decision, so the AI will check the decision for the chosen time interval.

If I use "ai_check_interval = 12".
Will the AI check the decision immediately and will do it again in 12 months?
Or will the AI wait for 12 months and check the decision after those 12 months?

I've tested it. As far as I've seen it's the second one.
So the ai_check_interval will fire first when the defined time is past. So you can use it as an delayed on.
