So, I noticed the conclave implementation of Status of Women law is kinda... unrealistic AND unbalanced, there is no reason to not blast it to maximum always.

Meanwhile IRL there is a couple reasons why women often had different status.

1. It affects fertility (see RL where the more equal a country is, the less fertile it is, often dipping way below replacement levels).
2. Might affect stability of marriages (I would represent this with opinion modifiers toward spouse or something)
3. Affects child caretaking (CK2 doesn't have creches, full status of women let all the kids parents to go to battle... so who is caring for them during war?)

etc...

So I was wondering how to implement this, so that there is something to decide, instead just always going for maximum status of women.

My dude this game is not here to help you work through your issues with feminism, if you don't like gender equality being in the game just turn it off

Also fertility dropped in real life due to industrialization and the following population boom, feminism came later. Japan had a massive drop in fertility rates after their very drastic industrialization period and right now has the lowest birthrate among first world countries, japan did not have a significant feminist movement

Modern low fertility levels are caused by contraceptives and abortion rather than feminism, and IRL most noble women had wet nurses and rarely actually raised their children, so them doing something else wouldn't really effect child rearing. At any rate, there is a game rule for a reason. If you want historical accuracy just disable the laws altogether.

There's little you can do to make the gender equality laws more realistic. All the issues you raised are not strictly related to gender equality as represented in the game. As others have already said, playing with the game rule set to "Traditional" is the fastest and easiest way to, well, have a traditional game.

I have asked that because of mods that are NOT medieval, where the "traditional" option doesn't make sense.

But people are determined to bash my politics instead of replying the technical question...

Your question was addressed, you just didn't like the answer. From a technical standpoint, there is not a way to do what you want to do without a decently intensive overhaul which, not sharing your "politics", no one has been willing to spend the time to explain to you in-depth. From a scientific standpoint, your question was vague and the ideas you included in it were incorrect (which was already explained to you). If you want something that niche, I suggest browsing the modding resources posted here on the forum and the wiki and then experimenting until you get it the way that you want it. What you've done in this thread is, essentially, asking someone else to completely design a mod from scratch for you that they're not interested in. Then you got angry when they told you that they're not interested and why. You are unlikely to get an answer using the methods you are currently employing.

EDIT: Edited for grammar and punctuation
