I used to have 128MB of RAM, but recently upgraded to 384MB. However, since my new RAM appears to be incompatible with my old RAM, it appears I'm going to be regressing to 256MB.

So I was wondering---is 256MB enough to play Victoria over a LAN with two other people? If it matters, my processor is a 1.1GHz AMD Duron, and I have Windows XP.

Oh, the last time I played MP---over a LAN with one other person, playing EU2, with 128MB of RAM---we played on Extremely Fast, with pauses. :D Is that likely to make a difference?

You should be fine provided someone other than you hosts. The host machine should be the beefiest of the bunch.
