I'm interested in playing with the supposedly incomplete Spanish translation - how much of the mod, roughly, is untranslated? Will the untranslated portions appear in English, or have broken localization?

The untranslated bits will appear in english, as for how much I would not be able to say off the top of my head but lets go with a decent amount. To find exactly what just look in any of the localisation files and look for entries with no spanish portion.
