how on vanilla to create a south african state playing as Transvaal

I own all of south africa as Transvaal-how can i change my self to `south africa`, given that i own all of south africa?

Incidentally my national culture as Transvaal, dutch, is now up to 70% of the south afrian population as a result of immigration from the netherlands,recruiting non dutch pops into my army, and sending them of to battles they cant win, and me provoking revolts giving me the chance to wipe them out.

Not sure if you can become South Africa. As far as I know, that can only in vanilla if the state of South Africa is realeased, availible after 1910. And of course you can't release South Africa if, territorily, you are South Africa.

In VIP though there is an event that gives the Orange Free State the option to merge with the Transvaal, but even then I think it remains the Transvaal.

there won't be any benefit to becoming south africa, you'd lose any events you have remaining. You can change your tag in the save file though if you really want.
