I've this good tool and whit it I can create or modify any leader in the games ok but how does it works about the special events linked at particular monarchs?
I did give a look at Paradox's monarch files and every specific event linked with a monarch has different values visible in the filled areas of the window (I think they are connected with the 3 values visible in the yellow area of the window but I dunno how it works).
I would appreciate if anyone can explain me this. Thanks.

I tried it but it crashes as soon as i save so i do not use it anymore. I forgot how to make events with it.

Thats cuz ur Flemish. :)

I do the way the proggy tells me to, just gives me this error message when I try to open the leader files.
Monarchs works fine, can edit and all but leaders, no way José.:(

1- Are you sure you have the latest version, the one released less than a month ago?
2- Did you deleted the file Leaders.CHI?

I'm not Flemish and it works for me...

2.1b is the latest. It was released on July 25th.

When the program tries to edit leaders I get a message saying:
Access violation at address 0048DC97 in module 'EU LEADER EDITOR.EXE'. Read of address 74686765.
I removed leader.CHI but have the same problem. Maybe its because I still use ICG 2.0 (I dislike a lot of the RotW country dynanism additions in ICG 2.3)

I get the same error msg, but I have the latest IGC so that shouldnt be the problem.
Just have to get the latest one then. :)

Ach, me too. I get the error message, have done everything asked of me. I go to the Europa.exe thing, but always get the error message. Have most recent versions of both. Arrgh, and i have some very cool generals to add into my AAR(hehe, snicker snicker, whoop whoop :D Check it out, I guarantee you will have a good laugh)

With IGC 2.0 I think you need the 2.1 version.

2.2 or 2.3 should need the 2.1b

The problems lies in the " # " that the IGC uses in the leaders files.

And Leaders.CHI is full of it and is not used by the game, for now. So you need to delete it.

In short you need to:
1) Have EU version 1.09
2) Have IGC 2.3
3) Have EU Leader Editor 2.1b
4) Delete Leaders.CHI
5) Alternatively, there is a thread started by EU_Province (I'm not sure I've got the right spelling for the nick) about the problem and he gives a "manual" solution to the problems.

It works well with my machine when those conditons are fulfilled. It should work on yours guys... Can't understand why it doesn't. Maybe you should send an e-mail to the author...
