How to add a key to the forums?

I googled high and low, but I can't find how to add a key, I remember doing it for HOI 3, but I don't remember where I go, sorry if this is the wrong section or whatever, I just need help.

those sticky threads are to well hidden... maybe they should put them somewhere visible... like the top of the forum... .

There is a category just right of ''Forums'' with ''My Games''

At least, it work for STEAM

If the question if ''how to find the key to register'', Steam provide them.
