How to air attack a single province

Hi,

According to the manual, if I press ctrl and right click on a province the air unit should concentrate its fire on that single province. I cant make this happen what is wrong?

Most air missions are region-based (incl. interdiction and ground-attack); I believe the only thing you can do to encourage those missions to attack a specific province is to launch a ground attack on that province at the same time.

Sure but I am talking about strategic bombing. Its kinda nice to be able to choose what province you want to e.g. hamper the logistics. Maybe I dont read it right? Page 126 Basic Air Movement in the Hearts of Iron II Doomsday?
