Well i have the kingdom Titles of Aragon,Navarra,Leon,Castille,Portugal,Mauretania,North Africa,Tunisia and Egypt but the title of Emperor doesnt appear anywhere in the ''create a title'' option :(

There currently is no option to create an Emperor level title. However, if you and your heirs continue to maintain five kingship titles then they will gain the "Emperor" trait, which gives a boost to prestige.

There is only one Emperor title in the game, and that is Emperor of Byzantium. Unfortunaly, there is no way to create another Emperor level title.

With the title of King of Leon, you already are the Emporer of Spain! Woot!

There is no emperor level titles in the game, because Byzantine Emperor is just ordinary king title with hardcoded bonuses if it's primary title. If it's secondary title then it has no more benefits than holding any other secondary king title has.

In Deus Vult it's possible to get emperor trait. To get emperor trait Papacy must exist, you must have kingship of Germany, Burgundy and Italy or 5 other king titles, you must be catholic, you must have 500 prestige, 500 gold and 100 piety, king must be at least 16, stability has to be at least 0, king can't be excommunicated, heretic, modest or have realm duress, relation to Papacy must be 100, you must have at least 10 duke vassals. More titles and vassals you have the better.

I wonder though... is it possible to have more emperors in power? If one of the kings of Germany (and Burgundy and Italy) would have an imperial title (trait), would it be possible for a king of the British Isles, France and Spain to also gain the trait?

Besides the number of possible kingdoms in the game, there is no limit on the characters who all can gain the emperor-trait.
