Its a good method for allowing smaller countries to build those things that they normally dont have the industrial techs for to reduce production time.

As a point of interest to those who think that the smaller nations were totally incapable of designing and producing AFV (Tanks) in WW II -- here is a story about the Sentinel Tank -- Australia's forgotten WW II tank.

Anyone interested can see a version of this at the Armoured Museum at Pukapunyal Army Base in central Victoria. It was to be armed with a 25 Pdr as main gun, had a cast sloping hull etc...

Would make an interesting what if in HOI 2 --- fact was that AST did not have the production capacity to equip an Armd Div with them.
