How to change governor?

It's been a while since I played and not played much of the new edition.

But I can't figure out how to replace a governor?

Are they lifetime appointments now?

Click on any province territory, click the two looping arrows next to the governor's portrait, and select a new governor. Largely unchanged from previous versions.

Of course, if they're disloyal, you can't replace them.
