How to change my forum avatar (profile picture) to a Cities and Skylines Chirper?

Could you help me change my forum avatar (profile picture) to a Cities and Skylines Chirper (the blue twitter like bird). I checked the options several times and my options are Majesty 2, Magicka, Eu4 and HoI4, Sengoku and Victoria.

I checked for myself and it seems that C:S avatars are not available.

This could be related to the long standing issues we've been having with the avatars and badges on the forums. We are working on creating a new system for it, but it is taking some time. But please hang tight and hopefully soon it'll be fixed!
