Is there a cheat (?) to change your goverment to paternal autocrat from democratic so that I dont have to wait for my war entry % in a game?

Never heard of any so i guess there is none but you can always hit f12 and write down war and hit enter then your war entry should be at 100%. And of course you will get a lot of dissent for dowing so also enter event 1005 separately if you want to get rid of it

You could use event 1150 which will give you either a communist or fascist government. Not sure how it decides which one.
