How to check current imperial decadence

I'm trying to figure out how I can check my current Imperial Decadence.

I have a vague idea about what it does, but is there a way to check its current level and its effects?




Also, as a side note, is there a way to change to a feudal system when playing as the ERE? I want to institute kings peace laws.

As far as I remember, you can't check the actual value, but you should have a modifier (if it's above 10) on your character screen saying something along the lines of "Imperial decadence 10-20"

You can check its exact value by hovering over the "lower imperial decadence" decision on the intrigue screen.
