how to declare war or save games in introduction scenario

Hi,

why is it not possible to save the introductionary scenario (I am playing since 4 hours ) ?

How can I declare war: I am in alliance with spain and must declare war on the mamelucks but the diplomatic war option is not enabled in the menu ????

I use the german patch 1.07 !

saving option:
has been asked many time, I guess nobody knows why you cannot save in the introduction scenario. Hope Paradox will fix that soon, or we'll get lots of complaints about this all over again after the release of the English version.

declaring war:
maybe you haven't made contact with the Mamelukes yet? Wat does your relations summary say? Can you see the Mamelukes on your map?

sorry for posting twice ...

Yes I have contact with the mamelucks and even was able (after some months ... ) to stop trade with them but no declaration of war
( the menu pop up on declare war tells me to wait until e.g. April 1583 but it is already Sep 1588 )

OK, not really a problem,
take a look at the 'Can't offer peace' thread just a little bit down in this forum. I guess you've got the same problem, and can use the same 'solution'.
