I had a crisis as the Netherlands for Belgium to be releashed. My side won and we have 100% the enemy.

How we get peace?

I'm 8th Great power so don't think I'm war leader, clicked on all the enemy flags and can't propose peace. Though I am at war with Belgium I can't interact with them as they aren't on the map.

Any ideas?

The Crisis Leader is the first GP to each side. Who was the GP that first supported Belgium? Because those would be the ones you'd need to peace out with.

It was France, but as you can see in the screenshot, the propose peace option is greyed out, as well as all other opposing members of the war. It just says ca't make seperate peace in a crisis war :(

And... who was the first GP to support the other side? Were you a GP at the time?

Belgium's icon is the one farthest to the left in the war progress screen (followed by France), so you should be able to click on their icon to bring up the diplomatic menu. They're the war leader on that side. You should be able to negotiate to end the war, since you're apparently the war leader for your own side (icon on the left end of the group, followed by UK).

Isn't the flag furthest to the left/right the war leader on each side? I think you can click on the flags in that screen and maybe find the "propose peace"-button.
the furthest left is Belgium, which isnt on the map and i can't interact with. All other members have a greyed out propse peace button

If tag switching to BEL and peacing out doesn't work, then it's seriously screwed up, and I can't think of any way out that doesn't involve file editing.

I'm surprised this hasn't happened before. Many crises start with a country wanting independence, which means they're not on the map yet. How does that usually go?

They need a GP patron to start the war, which then becomes the war leader. No patron, no war, and the GPs get a message that there wasn't enough interest in it.

I don't understand how Belgium could become the war leader, but not exist.
