how to fix krizevci

any ideas how to make krizevci a continental province and maybe attach the two adriatic island currently owned by krain and krizevci to veglia province.

i tried the editing province.csv, adjacent.tbl but no result

Vexin in northern France has the same problem, it is coastal because of the Channel Islands which seem to be part of it.
