How to get exclusive building if already a Paradox member?

You ONLY have a "sign up" option when directed to your website by the Paradox launcher. So how do existing members get this "exclusive building"?

I believe you can log in in the launcher?
If the game registers you're logged in, you should get it. At least I believe that's how it works; haven't played PA yet after the updates.

It's called Guard Pavillon. Neat item, but not necessary. Similar in function to Sniper Towers, but for guards (adds suppression I believe, they showed it briefly in the stream).
The item is also mentioned in the patch notes.
