How to get rid of foreign HQ in conquered territory ?

I just conquered another nation, and within it, there was a foreign company's HQ that's now building all over my country.


Does this mean they're extracting money from my country and sending the profits back to their home HQ?


If so, how can I get rid of them?

Nationalize all buildings they own. The regional HQ will die off. Then you can privatize the buildings again.
